The IFBB International Academy for Bodybuilding and Fitness in Dubai is organizing the sixth level course to refine trainers and those interested in the sport of bodybuilding and fitness in the Middle East, on 22, 23, and 24 April this year “remotely” and through the Zoom virtual reality program for all participants in the course, which is led by International lecturer and senior lecturer at the Academy, Walid Abdul Karim.
Colonel Abdul Karim Saeed, President of the Academy, identified the main axes of the course, which is one of the most important levels of the journey to obtain a master’s degree in bodybuilding and fitness accredited by the International Federation in more than 202 countries around the world, which includes an explanation of the principles of training, the physiology of exercises, the functions of The muscular system, and the role of the heart and blood vessels in building a harmonious athletic body.
On the other hand, the administration of the Academy had approved the program of the next phase courses, through the sixth level course on 22, 23, and 24 April, then the fourth level course on 28 and 29 May, the nutrition course on 3, 4 and 5 June, and a course.
