  • What are the requirements to pass the course and become certified?

The candidate has to attend all the classes, live seminars and pass the test with a minimum of  70% success rate.

  • What are the requirements if the candidate fails to pass the test?

The candidate has to setup another date to take the test within 14 days, and only pay the test fee which is 500 DHS.

  • Can I retake the same course that I took before?

Yes, and without any extra charges.

  • When can I receive my certificate?

After successfully passing the test, the result gets sent to the academy headquarter in Spain and the certificates are sent within 30 working days. The management will then inform the candidate when the certificates arrive.
